Shipping & returns

DISPATCHING:
All orders are sent through registered mail. This means that the packet can be tracked and traced. You need to sign for receipt, if you're not at home,  a message is left at your mailbox and you have 15 days to pick the package up at your post office.
Officially, the Spanish post takes  2 to 4 working days for delivery within Europe, but from experience we know that in some cases it can take up to 2 weeks.  If you have not received your package within 2 weeks, please contact us.

DELIVERY TIME:
1) Advance Payment
If you opt to pay for your order in advance, then you can expect a transfer time of three to seven working days.  You will receive notification by email as soon as your payment has been received and your order will be dispatched to you the very same day.
2) PAYPAL
If you opt to pay with PAYPAL, we will immediately be able to see whether your payment has been successful, which means your order can be dispatched within 24 hours.  We will provide you with a Track&Trace code which you can use to track your order whilst it's on its way to the delivery address. Except in the weekends, then the order will be dispatched on Monday.
Custom Orders: We will send custom orders within  48 hours,  otherwise we will notify you by email.

SHIPPING COSTS:

In the cart you get a correct prediction of the shipping costs. This depends on the weight of the order and start at 3.99 €.
Average cost for 2 or 3 pieces:  4.40 €.

GUARANTEE
Seven day cooling off period
Atelier Sandra will allow you to exchange or return an item within seven working days of receiving your order.  However, it is important that the product is both complete and unused and in its original and undamaged packaging.  Products which have been damaged or used can't be considered for exchange or refund. You must have a returns number
before you can return an item.  You can request a returns number from our customer service departement.  

Step by step exchange and return plan
  1. Advise our customer service departement that you wish to return an item.
  2. You will receive confirmation of your request via email.
  3. You will receive instructions for returning the item via email.
  4. Atelier Sandra will provide you with confirmation of receipt by email as soon as your item has been received.
We will either exchange the item (subject to stock) or refund the purchase amount back to you within 10 days, dependent on your requirements.

Costs

The costs for dispatching an item are at your expense.
