Article 1 Amendment conditions
Atelier Sandra reserves the right at all times to change the general conditions.
Article 2, General
These conditions apply to every offer, tender and agreement between Atelier Sandra and a consumer.
Article 3; Delivery
Atelier Sandra provides its orders within 3 weeks after receipt of payment of the consumer unless the consumer and Atelier Sandra otherwise agreed.
Article 4; Price Change
Atelier Sandra reserves the right to change the price of goods, which may also apply to already ordered goods.
Article 5 Payment
The payment of an order, need to be received by Atelier Sandra within 7 days after placing the order.
Article 6; Risk transfer
The risk of loss or damage of the products, subject of the agreement, goes to the consumer at the time they are legal and / or actually delivered by Atelier Sandra or are placed in the power of the consumer or an by the consumer placed third party.
Article 7, Suspension and dissolution
If a consumer's obligations to the general conditions are not fulfilled Atelier Sandra is entitled to terminate this agreement.
Article 8 Intellectual property and copyrights
1. Notwithstanding the other provisions in these terms and conditions Atelier Sandra has the rights and powers that Atelier Sandra is entitled to under the Copyright Act.
2. It is the consumer not permitted to make any changes in the business unless the nature of the delivered accept this or otherwise agreed in writing.
3. All the designs, jewelry and other materials or (electronic) files, remain the property of Atelier Sandra, unless otherwise agreed .
4. All given pieces by Atelier Sandra like designs, jewelry, files etc, are only intended for use by the consumer and should not be reproduced, published or communicated with third parties by him without the prior permission of Atelier Sandra, unless the nature of the documents states otherwise.
5. Atelier Sandra reserves the right to use any by the work increased knowledge for other purposes, provided this brings no confidential information to third parties.
Article 9 Force majeure
Atelier Sandra is not obliged to fulfill any obligation, if they are hindered due to a circumstance that is not due to debt, and neither under the law, an act or in the movement to force its views borne.
